Americans’ Confidence in Higher Education Down Sharply

The article shows that 36% have “a great deal” or “quite a lot” of confidence in higher education.
Confidence is down from 48% in 2018 and 57% in 2015. All major subgroups were less confident, with Republicans dropping the most.
